About This Project
Furisode is the most formal kind of kimono for young, unmarried women, and is not worn by married women. This has a long sleeve.
Furisodeis usually worn during coming-of-age ceremony (at age 20), at graduation from university with hakama and at weddings of close relatives. We have hakama for women as well so let us know if you’re interested.
